The Palms Hotel & Spa, Miami Beach

I had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff were truly exceptional, always greeting us with a smile and eager to assist. The property and its surroundings were spotless, and I appreciated having daily room cleaning. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, although I did wish the beach had finely packed sand. Overall, it’s perfect for families and couples looking for a peaceful getaway.

I had a great week at this hotel celebrating our anniversary. The beach was gorgeous and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. However, the room layout was a bit awkward with the toilet in a separate room and the noise from the elevators was sometimes bothersome. Overall, it was a memorable stay with fantastic service and attention to detail.
